It is nothing different than a simple testing performed on other languages.
For e.g. in case of Unit Testing, format is going to be the same, which ever language you choose.
You may want to describe further more, If you find me not clear with the answer. |

Cobol testing is nothing but debuging a cobol program using some input file with the help of a tool... and also to check the flow of a program...
Here i am using an Xpeditor... a tool for debuging/testing a cobol program....

Can you explain about XPEditor. Is it downloadable anywhere? I have some materials on it and not clear on the tool . If it is downloadable could you please provide a link? |

i know only one tool as i'm using this one only.... this is a standard tool used in ibm mainframe.... u can take help from others and also let me know about that...

Hi k.a.khamaurutheen
Xpeditor is a very standard tool used in ibm mainframe... and as far as know its not down loadable....
