internal sort error

Hi

We are sorting approximately 20000000 records & we are not using any PARM parameters for the SORT. We are using syncsort. But we are getting internal sort error & job is going on hold trying to autorecovery. Is there a solution for whihc we can take care of it SORT PARMS. Please advice

We get following error

Hi,
Try to use the MAXSORT for the large amount of data.You can refer to the SYNCSORT manual for the same.

try adding more sortwk dsns in ur jcl step.
