Rajiv Gandhi felt the need to teach Giani Zail Singh english as Gianiji's english was very poor. He sent Gianiji to Washington and requested Ronald Reagon to teach him english.
After a while Rajiv enquired as to how Gianiji's doing. Fast came the reply from Reagon ' is mundenu angrezi kabhi nahi seekhni'.
