System Analysts - 2 to 4 yrs exp
Key work Accountabilities ?
? Delivery of projects with zero-variance performance
? Assisting the project manager in managing a customer or department
? Establishes the specialist team organization by assigning roles, responsibilities and accountabilities to team members
? Provide specialist input to the business requirement process
? Technical and functional guidance to the team
? Process adherence and optimization
Core Competencies, Qualification ! & Personality profile:

? Engineer / MCA from a premier institute
? Excellent communication skills
? In depth knowledge and experience with COBOL, CICS and DB2.
? Good management and inter-personal skills (In case of Technical Specialists and above)
? Ability to work as an interface between client and offshore development team (In case of Technical Specialists and above)
? Experience with full development Life cycle (SDLC)

Working knowledge of tolls like PVCS tracker would be preferred
