Can DFSORT read SMF records directly ?

Can DFSORT read SMF records directly ?

If so, does anyone have a DFSORT job that
extracts all activity in a DB2 subsystem for
a range of time ?

joel,

Dfsort can read SMF records but you have to write your own JCL based on the SMF documentation to extract the fields you need and how you want them
to be shown.
Here is a sample you can use :
