IMS materials need for beginners?

I am new to the IMS system.Anybody can send me IMS material for PL1.

I have a very good IMS/DB material for beginners........but cant send it now since dont have access to YAHOO from office.
If possible send me ur e-mail id through PM and I will mail you the document.

Also let me know if you have some good material on PL1, not PPT preferrably.
