Hi angelalpe,
I couldn't really understand your question. Can you elaborate it more?
Thanks,

I have an application web programmed with Visual BASIC NET (operating system is windows) and I want that this application executes a JCL.
I have found out that a way is executing from the application Web a command FTP with "site filetype=jes":
FTP direction IP
user
password
quote site filetype=jes
put jcl.txt
quit
jcl.txt contains the JCL
somebody has executed this command FTP sometimes?
where jcl.txt must reside the file?
Thanks. |

But I'm not sure what you mean about where the file must reside. When you ftp it in this manner it runs and you can also give a file name for the sysout to be passed back. That's nice because you can then process the sysout and do stuff in your web app based on the contents of the sysout. Depending on how your system is set up you might not get the sysout returned, though. |
