Hi,
Any one knows about jcl error 601. My JCL is giving error "JOB NOT RUN JCL ERROR 601".

Hi,
I also never seen this type of error. But its abending and giving me JCL ERROR 601.
When i checked in the spool its showing me 'DD STATEMENT MISPLACED'
But for this it will not give you such error.
correct me if i wrong.

In JCl i have not encountered such an error till now
However in PL/1 you will get this type of error 601 which corresponds to
An invalid conversion was attempted during an input/output operation on a character string.
and in the case of teradata its basically illegal operation to convert the specified type to a Java String |
