When should we go for COMP AND COMP3

When whould we go for COMP and WHEN DO WE SHOULD GO FOR COMP-3.

You go for them to save memory storage. COMP-3 stores data in two digits into each byte, so basically half of the storage is saved.

Probably you go for COMP, to let it on Compiler to decide which form is more appropriate.
