can any one tell me what is meant by s0c in s0c7 abend. it was asked in one interview |

Perhaps this should appear as new topic under "Interview Questions".
I guess the splitting should be S and 0C7, where 0C7 is the system code for data exception (B37 for space constraint and so on), while 'S' is an IBM specified indicator for SMS managed terminations.
I may be wrong. |

Actually, 'S' denotes a System ABEND and 'U' denotes a User ABEND. |
