COBOL is a generic term for all types of COBOL.

COBOL-II is an IBM version of COBOL produced by their COBOLII compiler. Some others are OS390 COBOL, Zos COBOL.

COBOL-85 is one of the ANSI standards that COBOL compilers are based on. The ANSI (American National Standards Institute) J4 Committee is an industry wide organization charged with issuing COBOL standards from which vendors develope compliant COBOL compilers. Each std is named as COBOL nn (or nnn), for example COBOL 85 or COBOL 2002.

MICRO-FOCUS COBOL is marketed and developed by MICRO-FOCUS International as a PC based COBOL Compiler. At one time they marketed a PC based COBOL Compiler that facilitated pgm development on the PC for production execution on the mainframe. I'm not sure if it's still available.
