center. The company will prefer candidates with strong
development experiance in Mainframes, Cobol, CICS and DB/2.

Project Leader / Technical Specialist

Overall 7- 8 years IBM Mainframes experience,
with at least1.5 - 2 yrs Project Leading and Delivery
experience on IBM Mainframe platform.
* Strong IBM Mainframe skills including CICS, DB2,
COBOL
* Strong estimation and detailed planning skills
* People management in case of Project Leader.
* Process adherence and optimization
* Consulting background, good corporate pedigree &
educational qualifications
* Good communication (verbal, reporting)
Lead Analyst

4-6 years overall IT experience with at least 2
years in requirements analysis and design roles
* Strong IBM Mainframe background with project
experience using CICS,DB2, COBOL and associated toolsets
* Proven track record in delivery, implementation and
post-implementation support
* Process adherence and optimization along with
experience in a CMM/ISO environment would be an added
advantage
* Consulting background, good corporate pedigree &
educational qualifications
* Good communication (verbal, reporting)
System Analyst / System Associate:

2-4 years IBM Mainframe development experience
* Strong skills in IBM Mainframe CICS, DB2, COBOL and
associated toolsets
* Proven track record in delivering development,
maintenance and production support activities
* Process awareness and adherence. Experience in a
CMM and ISO Environment is an added advantage.
* Good Communication (verbal, written)
