Some might say getting married follwed by a divorce 
I think we need much more specific info and perhaps an situation that you have in mind that yielded a catastophic error.
Some might say sending out refund checks for billing overpayments that do not exist is catastrophic; or, perhaps a cics region thats down for 5 hours.
each will have a unique solution |

For me it was commiting marriage (Hope my wife doesnt read this, or it will be double catastrophic).
How to solve it? I know, but am helpless  ( |
