I would like to know is there by any chance we can recall all the migrated DS in the JCL.
The point I am trying to stress is that I need a JCL wherein if any migrated DS is present in my PROC it should automatically get recalled when I run the JCL. Also the program should not abend stating the job is trying to access the DS which is migrated.

yes you can do this in tsobatch with IKJEFT01...
i don't know the recall command by heart but refer to
the tso manual, something like HRCL 'filename'...
(like HMIG 'filename', but check first under topic tso services...
BUT: any migrated file should be automatically recalled by sms,
when you access it (or your job). some utilities might get any
problems with migrated files, but your cobol program not.
the job will wait for the migrated file is recalled, then processing
