Hi All,
I am having a PDS (say ? AAAA.BBBB.CCCC). I want to copy it into a PS(say ? AAAA.BBBB.CCCC.PS) and do the processing. But after some processing I have to revert back the PS to PDS. For clarifying my doubts, I am giving you an example ?

Suppose in PDS AAAA.BBBB.CCCC, there are 20 members. I have to copy it into a PS ? AAAA.BBBB.CCCC.PS with the member name separated format.

So the PS may look like ?
Code:

./ADD MEM=member_name

Fsdf

Dfsdfs

Fsdfs

Ffsdf

.//ADD MEM=next_member_name

:

:

:

So that I can copy back the content of this PS to the AAAA.BBBB.CCCC PDS by member. Please help me out.

hy Amitava Chowdhury,

with the ibm utility IEBUPDTE you can recreate your ps,
as mentioned above, but to unload a pds to get any ps
file in the form above, this is not possible.
therefore you have to write a program or rexx to do this...
